Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Phoenix Digital OCM-TWY-85-ST parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Plastic-Process products, including obsoleted and phased-out Oriental parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Phytron product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Plastic-Process such as the 38663 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PK543ANTG10 manufactured by Oriental and we are pleased to be able to service most Oriental systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ZSS1920006 by Manufacturer Phytron as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Pimatic Brand OSC2X160165021341 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Pilz such as 306090CP8ZE8US2732A equipment made by Pilz have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SL05p11 by Pilz and 306090CP8ZE8US2732A spares by Pilz are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 474790 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pilz.
