Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Phw Inc D1249H37-A01 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Raytheon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Psytronics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Carlo-Gavazzi product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Raytheon such as the 3002675901 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P4803D manufactured by Psytronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Psytronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RGC3P60I30EDP by Manufacturer Carlo-Gavazzi as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Square-D Brand 8960AO111 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Square-D such as 8991AT014 equipment made by Square-D have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Square-D products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Square-D" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 22RJCC1000GSIL made by Tyco as well as the popular AES113524VDC original spares produced by Schmersal

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 9050FT14 by Square-D and 8991AT014 spares by Square-D are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PC17A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Potter.
