Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Pneumatic Tumbler 24 X 36 TUMBLER BASKET parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Power-Mate products, including obsoleted and phased-out Polsar parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Ppe product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Power-Mate such as the UNI30H spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the D8040532D manufactured by Polsar and we are pleased to be able to service most Polsar systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IMPP10BDB04 by Manufacturer Ppe as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Precia-Molen Brand DSTDR in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Precision-Devices such as PDA103CO equipment made by Precision-Devices have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Precision-Devices products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Precision-Devices" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 2PF1368 made by Powerstat as well as the popular E150702 original spares produced by Polyspede

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the P40P47A13P1240 by Potter and PDA103CO spares by Precision-Devices are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PPMT125011 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Power-Technology.
