Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Power Components Series 5B parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Powermax products, including obsoleted and phased-out Praxair parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Power-Electronics product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Powermax such as the NE23020059 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SM8100 manufactured by Praxair and we are pleased to be able to service most Praxair systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M546CX by Manufacturer Power-Electronics as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Premotec Brand 432201658442 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Printronix such as 140376901 equipment made by Printronix have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Printronix products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Printronix" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available LM120 made by Precision-Motion-Controls as well as the popular 76021560 original spares produced by Presstech

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ESQ180P4012 by Power-Mate and 140376901 spares by Printronix are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 101072952 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Powerware.
