Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Precision Digital PD765-6R0-00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Proface products, including obsoleted and phased-out Proteon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Zebra product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Proface such as the 328000701AGP3300T1D24 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P901010 manufactured by Proteon and we are pleased to be able to service most Proteon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VH108516 by Manufacturer Zebra as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Prototrak Brand 21946 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Preco-Industries such as C211849G1B equipment made by Preco-Industries have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Preco-Industries products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Preco-Industries" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MVI94AO4 made by Prosoft as well as the popular 4054250301 original spares produced by Process-Control

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4202DFNTBSCH4 by Prolinx and C211849G1B spares by Preco-Industries are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PM070016 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Proface.
