Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Precision Machine Products 01:06.5 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Process-Control products, including obsoleted and phased-out Prolog parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Pri-Automation product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Process-Control such as the MS3476L188P spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7707128 manufactured by Prolog and we are pleased to be able to service most Prolog systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BM25765 by Manufacturer Pri-Automation as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Prolog Brand 7710A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Promicon such as SBR19 equipment made by Promicon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Promicon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Promicon" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available BF80127REV1 made by Prometec as well as the popular OPM3NACDCR48XX original spares produced by Production-Process

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PSP24120S by Automation-Direct and SBR19 spares by Promicon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
