Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Process Sensors SSS-LT22-CB3 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bicc-Pyrotenax products, including obsoleted and phased-out Production-Process parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Pulsatrol product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bicc-Pyrotenax such as the HTCM6A6AR240A2PSO spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SN104937 manufactured by Production-Process and we are pleased to be able to service most Production-Process systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MPT250 by Manufacturer Pulsatrol as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Pyrotronics Brand CP35 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Proportion-Air such as DSTEY00ZP235PSGA equipment made by Proportion-Air have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Proportion-Air products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Proportion-Air" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available VDB872A01 made by Prolog as well as the popular MV156MNET original spares produced by Allen-Bradley

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 923BD1 by Puma and DSTEY00ZP235PSGA spares by Proportion-Air are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original D356L Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baumuller.
