Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Process Automation TD-C9 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Protel products, including obsoleted and phased-out Proface parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Dlog product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Protel such as the AVW400 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PS3701AT41DUE66 manufactured by Proface and we are pleased to be able to service most Proface systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8595A by Manufacturer Dlog as well.

Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the JRX14cs458 by Pulsestar and 173023M spares by Puls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
