Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Proface GP2501-SC11 3180021-03 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Puma products, including obsoleted and phased-out Prometec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Toshiba product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Puma such as the 923EG1A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VGD1042 manufactured by Prometec and we are pleased to be able to service most Prometec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Q74600IER3 by Manufacturer Toshiba as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Prosoft Brand PSQS15100780 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Proface such as 328003301 equipment made by Proface have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Proface products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Proface" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TM9701 made by Pulnix as well as the popular CN6201 original spares produced by Omega

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PFXGM4301TADGP4301TM by Proface and 328003301 spares by Proface are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HTCM6612099AS1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Bicc-Pyrotenax.
