Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK
Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Stanley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bicc-Pyrotenax parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Bay-Controls product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Stanley such as the SGSIGMA202001REVCSGSIGMA202001REVC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HTCM6612099AS1 manufactured by Bicc-Pyrotenax and we are pleased to be able to service most Bicc-Pyrotenax systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PT200 by Manufacturer Bay-Controls as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Prosoft Brand MV156MBP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Prometec such as 1080115 equipment made by Prometec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Prometec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Prometec" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TMC574S made by Pulnix as well as the popular V102174 original spares produced by Pulver-Systems-Inc
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MVI56MCMReD0cxS2b by Prosoft and 1080115 spares by Prometec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
