Quad Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Quad 3000X and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Quad 3000X include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the 3000X if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our 3000X repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ramsey such as the 104226D spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DF65157649 manufactured by Rapistan and we are pleased to be able to service most Rapistan systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ID10LTCB8V by Manufacturer Raytek as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Ramsey Brand C07190KE031 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Rasmi such as RS3010IDFCT equipment made by Rasmi have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EMCBP8 by Radisys and RS3010IDFCT spares by Rasmi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
