Quad Tech Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Quad Tech QTI and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Quad Tech QTI include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the QTI if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our QTI repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Reliance products, including obsoleted and phased-out Quick parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Reliance product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Reliance such as the 03MAN77003 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FGBT25140240T00 manufactured by Quick and we are pleased to be able to service most Quick systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 21A266ABJ by Manufacturer Reliance as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Reliance Brand 69003W in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Reliance such as 7519145001 equipment made by Reliance have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Reliance products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Reliance" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 1151 made by Reliance as well as the popular 213TCZ original spares produced by Reliance
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 113714 by Reliance and 7519145001 spares by Reliance are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
