Quantronix Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Quantronix UFC-100 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Quantronix UFC-100 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the UFC-100 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our UFC-100 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Raymond such as the 114008464101 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 104226E manufactured by Ramsey and we are pleased to be able to service most Ramsey systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AsciiVp611 by Manufacturer Rca as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Ramsey Brand 2488218 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Toshiba such as RAD10012RAD10012 equipment made by Toshiba have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Toshiba products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Toshiba" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 1002110204 made by Racon as well as the popular CFH4 original spares produced by Mcgill
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 61047501 by Radisys and RAD10012RAD10012 spares by Toshiba are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IKB1011 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Quartech.
