Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Racine Hydraulics & Machinery Inc PVT parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Reliance products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rapistan parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Ratio-Speed-Controller product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Reliance such as the 1YF281131A2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DF6507649 manufactured by Rapistan and we are pleased to be able to service most Rapistan systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature NKT105E2 by Manufacturer Ratio-Speed-Controller as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Radisys Brand EXM9 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Reliance such as C48H2502R equipment made by Reliance have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Reliance products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Reliance" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 051817 made by Reliance as well as the popular LCD100040 original spares produced by Reishauer

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 8014291RE by Reliance and C48H2502R spares by Reliance are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ECP83665T5 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Reliance.
