Radisys Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Radisys EXM-2 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Radisys EXM-2 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the EXM-2 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our EXM-2 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Reed such as the RJ32009B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IMD13103 manufactured by Red and we are pleased to be able to service most Red systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DRIVE4003 by Manufacturer Reis-Robotics as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Reliance Brand 14C58U in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Reliance such as 45C411B equipment made by Reliance have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Reliance products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Reliance" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 0542142 made by Reliance as well as the popular P14A6905 original spares produced by Reliance
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6407114 by Reliance and 45C411B spares by Reliance are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
