We service and repair Rapistan RAPIDPICK2 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Rapistan RAPIDPICK2 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the RAPIDPICK2 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our RAPIDPICK2 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Rechner such as the IAS10C102S spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 048682 manufactured by Reliance-Electric and we are pleased to be able to service most Reliance-Electric systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 13000186004 by Manufacturer Kofax as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Hub-City Brand 022059303 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Raymond such as 154012349001 equipment made by Raymond have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CSMSTRV2 by Red-Lion and 154012349001 spares by Raymond are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
