Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Reliance Electric 86466-75R parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Wtc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fanuc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Fanuc product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Wtc such as the 9021300R spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A06B0309B561 manufactured by Fanuc and we are pleased to be able to service most Fanuc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A06B0315B002 by Manufacturer Fanuc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Fanuc Brand A16B10000030 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Branson such as 943D equipment made by Branson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Branson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Branson" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available A14B0076B10401 made by Fanuc as well as the popular A13B0080B001 original spares produced by Fanuc

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A05B2400C061 by Fanuc and 943D spares by Branson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 919HotCathodeController Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mks.
