Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Reliance Electric 86474-8R parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Asp products, including obsoleted and phased-out Asm parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Automatic-Timing--Controls product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Asp such as the 4054855001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 210972701 manufactured by Asm and we are pleased to be able to service most Asm systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 405C100F1X by Manufacturer Automatic-Timing--Controls as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Astec Brand LPQ352 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Atg such as EL2811 equipment made by Atg have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Atg products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Atg" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available YXU157B made by Abb as well as the popular K13M0242F2100 original spares produced by Ashcroft

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PWPQ23AAAL by Alcatel and EL2811 spares by Atg are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 305B016A10XX Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Atc.
