Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Reliance Electric HR500/BLJD-03 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Hydrualik products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hub-City parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Hydrosystems product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Hydrualik such as the VRD350130R700 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 022010713321 manufactured by Hub-City and we are pleased to be able to service most Hub-City systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TR001 by Manufacturer Hydrosystems as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Hyster Brand 8812897 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Hughes such as A00527903 equipment made by Hughes have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Hughes products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Hughes" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 915755 made by Huttinger as well as the popular AS61052020A505 original spares produced by Hve-Engineering-Inc.

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 17499M278 by Sterling-Perfection and A00527903 spares by Hughes are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SM570B000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hyde.
