Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Rockwell Automation E78102 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Gould products, including obsoleted and phased-out Gould parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Gould product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Gould such as the M123Y3BA90YFVP spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Micro84Controller manufactured by Gould and we are pleased to be able to service most Gould systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 21136001 by Manufacturer Gould as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Gould Brand AS509P004REVA3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Graco such as 512C14802001 equipment made by Graco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Graco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Graco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available GR48481010401 made by Graham as well as the popular GPD515CB165 original spares produced by Magnetek

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PMX32D by Grayhill and 512C14802001 spares by Graco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ASJ871008 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Gould.
