R-tec Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair R-tec LSU and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the R-tec LSU include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the LSU if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our LSU repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Samson such as the 3751100102 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SY609 manufactured by Saftronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Saftronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CSMZ04BH1ABM3 by Manufacturer Samsung as well.

Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
