Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sandblom & Stohne DIPOS parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Schenck products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sbs-Technologies parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Scheider product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Schenck such as the AEC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VIPC67 manufactured by Sbs-Technologies and we are pleased to be able to service most Sbs-Technologies systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ATV212H75M3X by Manufacturer Scheider as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Sartorious Brand SAT748 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Schafer-Driveline-Ezgo such as 012AJ5021 equipment made by Schafer-Driveline-Ezgo have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SAT728 by Sartorious and 012AJ5021 spares by Schafer-Driveline-Ezgo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 300348 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schunk.
