Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sciemetric Instruments 10000-0023-2473 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Setra products, including obsoleted and phased-out Servo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Semikron product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Setra such as the 2301050PD2F11B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3034PM manufactured by Servo and we are pleased to be able to service most Servo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SKIIP513GB123CTPC0057 by Manufacturer Semikron as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Sew-Eurodrive Brand CFM90L in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Scotsman such as 2625001 equipment made by Scotsman have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Scotsman products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Scotsman" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available LTEB made by Sew-Eurodrive as well as the popular SKiiP1213GB123 original spares produced by Semikron

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MSP20 by Sensor-Switch and 2625001 spares by Scotsman are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 8281815 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sew-Eurodrive.
