Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Scientific Atlanta P2-HD-15TXQ-10-GHZ-DM-QAM-SA-ITU35 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sensotec products, including obsoleted and phased-out Scientific-Inc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Sealmaster product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sensotec such as the A574103A5D spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7620300 manufactured by Scientific-Inc and we are pleased to be able to service most Scientific-Inc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ST19T by Manufacturer Sealmaster as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Sela Brand ECB030 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Scientific-Columbus such as 0410004 equipment made by Scientific-Columbus have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Scientific-Columbus products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Scientific-Columbus" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available Q546Q546222020 made by Seco as well as the popular PLC3F4200041222 original spares produced by Sensodec

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 7201UltraCOMM2PCI by Sealevel and 0410004 spares by Scientific-Columbus are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 15300208003 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sega.
