Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Seal Master NP-24 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bell--Howell products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sensortronics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Seepex product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bell--Howell such as the XE8253150 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6005015K manufactured by Sensortronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Sensortronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6036LNBRTSE by Manufacturer Seepex as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Seal-Master Brand SCHB16 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sensodec such as LOG345 equipment made by Sensodec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sensodec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sensodec" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 445303 made by Serno as well as the popular 92G444SL17134 original spares produced by Sem

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4Z2315 by Seco and LOG345 spares by Sensodec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SDM751 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Selecontrol.
