Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Shape Magnetronics ILT-0060-AAB parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sheffer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sharp parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Shibaura product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sheffer such as the 5ASL73CCK spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the JW20DN2 manufactured by Sharp and we are pleased to be able to service most Sharp systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature H0728708DI2 by Manufacturer Shibaura as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Shinko Brand X215631003 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sharp such as ZV40PU1 equipment made by Sharp have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sharp products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sharp" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available JW321CU made by Sharp as well as the popular K4RQ5033 original spares produced by Shinko

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C40E1201CA010 by Sick and ZV40PU1 spares by Sharp are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HDLS020M003 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Shinko.
