Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sill Optics S6EXK0008/075 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Skf products, including obsoleted and phased-out Singer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Singer product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Skf such as the 23260CACKC08W507 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the K632160198 manufactured by Singer and we are pleased to be able to service most Singer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 05088GR09624056 by Manufacturer Singer as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Skf Brand N052 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Simplex such as SJ2010 equipment made by Simplex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Simplex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Simplex" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 722146 made by Skan-a-matic as well as the popular SKFSY104SKF47920710 original spares produced by Skf

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4022511 by Siemens and SJ2010 spares by Simplex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 71909CDP4ATBTA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Skf.
