Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Star Seiki SDC075LFA parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sensortronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sel parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Sebra product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sensortronics such as the 60045500 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IDM001 manufactured by Sel and we are pleased to be able to service most Sel systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 154 by Manufacturer Sebra as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Seiki Brand 79004IT in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sensodec such as PLCF3020068B1222MT001 equipment made by Sensodec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sensodec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sensodec" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 73253710 made by Sensotec as well as the popular E2C351SUL original spares produced by Seiko

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SNJBNBD62 by Allen-Bradley and PLCF3020068B1222MT001 spares by Sensodec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1Z5639X5993A1Z5639X5993A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Seco.
