Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Static Control Products CB-0973-001 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Modicon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schmersal parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Schneider product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Modicon such as the ASB375000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BNS3311ZST manufactured by Schmersal and we are pleased to be able to service most Schmersal systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ACE9492 by Manufacturer Schneider as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Telemecanique Brand ATS22D88S6 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Square-D such as 9070TF500D5 equipment made by Square-D have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Square-D products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Square-D" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available P02AE81 made by Schleicher as well as the popular ATV28HD12M2U original spares produced by Telemecanique

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DM25N0Z3JV0K15 by Schleicher and 9070TF500D5 spares by Square-D are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 140CRP31200P301n4Dx Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Schneider.
