Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Stella Shibaura 3HC8601-A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Crt-Solutions products, including obsoleted and phased-out Allen-Bradley parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Beckhoff product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Crt-Solutions such as the S3111PS28A2L6 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2711K6C52711K6C8 manufactured by Allen-Bradley and we are pleased to be able to service most Allen-Bradley systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CP70210001 by Manufacturer Beckhoff as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Ibt Brand IBT5019Q in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Telemecanique such as XBTK70101T equipment made by Telemecanique have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Telemecanique products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Telemecanique" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 3HC8601A made by Stella-Shibaura as well as the popular 186157B original spares produced by Bradley

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 7300UCE3 by Allen-Bradley and XBTK70101T spares by Telemecanique are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original I80MDILONG Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa.
