Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Super Systems 1100800 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Taian products, including obsoleted and phased-out Teco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Tb-Woods product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Taian such as the N2405H3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AH463261U001 manufactured by Teco and we are pleased to be able to service most Teco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature J716 by Manufacturer Tb-Woods as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Taiyo Brand TAM4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Te-Connectivity such as PT942002001141110 equipment made by Te-Connectivity have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Te-Connectivity products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Te-Connectivity" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ASW001B1 made by Takenaka as well as the popular IS500PS1R61128 original spares produced by Suzhou-Inovance

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PT9101080063374 by Te-Connectivity and PT942002001141110 spares by Te-Connectivity are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
