Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Superlogics, Protech Systems SP762RA parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tamagawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tci parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Sylvania product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tamagawa such as the TS5246N73 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KDRL1L manufactured by Tci and we are pleased to be able to service most Tci systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KTM351 by Manufacturer Sylvania as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Techmotive Brand C700A01K216051 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Taicang-Teco such as TSB0751C equipment made by Taicang-Teco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Taicang-Teco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Taicang-Teco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 14NPT made by Svf as well as the popular PMSP101 original spares produced by Tabai-Espec-Corp.

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KDRH2H by Tci and TSB0751C spares by Taicang-Teco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ASU30MPNL Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Takex.
