Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Thermo Scientific ZP-AGT-9054 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Thyssen-Krupp products, including obsoleted and phased-out Thomson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Thk product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Thyssen-Krupp such as the ESCM0405 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2BA080PEL12 manufactured by Thomson and we are pleased to be able to service most Thomson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Y5T142HRW27 by Manufacturer Thk as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Thk Brand UN6J12 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Timken such as 64443DE equipment made by Timken have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Timken products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Timken" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 78250AC made by Timken as well as the popular UT010010X42114334UT010010X42114334 original spares produced by Thomson

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the B5749B by Torrington and 64443DE spares by Timken are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MT3 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Thorlabs.
