Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Tr Electric CE65M 110-00931 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Trumpf products, including obsoleted and phased-out True-Soltec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Tri-tronics product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Trumpf such as the INV spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LIS16H manufactured by True-Soltec and we are pleased to be able to service most True-Soltec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PCSM6500MF by Manufacturer Tri-tronics as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Trane Brand X1365045021X1365045021 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Traub such as 702381 equipment made by Traub have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Traub products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Traub" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available X1365045202 made by Trane as well as the popular CMS5F1 original spares produced by Tri-tronics

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KP162 by Tri-tronics and 702381 spares by Traub are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original T100MD2424 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Triangle.
