Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Tri-tronics SD Optical Sensor parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tsudakoma products, including obsoleted and phased-out Troll-Technology parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 A/n product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tsudakoma such as the 902315 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TS950SL manufactured by Troll-Technology and we are pleased to be able to service most Troll-Technology systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TSS00059884 by Manufacturer A/n as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Telemecanique Brand TSX4720 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Turck such as 1126vdc equipment made by Turck have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Turck products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Turck" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TSXETY4102 made by Modicon as well as the popular BI2CRS524ADZ30X2B3131S34 original spares produced by Turck

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SERSmarteyeEDR by Tri-tronics and 1126vdc spares by Turck are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FEN2016DXP Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Turck.
