Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the United Electric J6270-9568 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Vacon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mutech parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Unitorq product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Vacon such as the 00103L00064MACHINERY spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IV410 manufactured by Mutech and we are pleased to be able to service most Mutech systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M103K4 by Manufacturer Unitorq as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Universal Brand PWA3011840 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Us-Motor such as E310 equipment made by Us-Motor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Us-Motor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Us-Motor" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available UR5 made by Universal-Robot as well as the popular 486A300C original spares produced by Uson

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the F016B by Us-Motor and E310 spares by Us-Motor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DPM200 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Uv-cure-Controller.
