Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the U.s Electrical Motors F-1503-03-270 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ultra-8 products, including obsoleted and phased-out Unimount parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Universal-Instruments product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ultra-8 such as the 1402909 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P63CRS2903 manufactured by Unimount and we are pleased to be able to service most Unimount systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 45144501 by Manufacturer Universal-Instruments as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Exor Brand M138 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by U.s.-Motors such as T338A equipment made by U.s.-Motors have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire U.s.-Motors products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "U.s.-Motors" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available LSP672B made by United-Technologies as well as the popular UL500 original spares produced by Leybold

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the F053A by U.s.-Motors and T338A spares by U.s.-Motors are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M52K4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Unitorq.
