Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Vartech Display VT190M-201-1-00-00 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Actus-Power products, including obsoleted and phased-out Aaon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Acdc product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Actus-Power such as the NPSA103MUE4CSA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the K01509 manufactured by Aaon and we are pleased to be able to service most Aaon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature REV803B244001 by Manufacturer Acdc as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Xycom Brand XVME531 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Acdc such as RSF102B21000000 equipment made by Acdc have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available K01561 made by Aaon as well as the popular 3E525C3 original spares produced by 3e-Technologies-International

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the X000127319036 by Ishida and RSF102B21000000 spares by Acdc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original K01313 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Aaon.
