Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Win Systems 400-0245-000C parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Yaskawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Xycom product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the AKBX55V spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 417313 manufactured by Yaskawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Yaskawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ML104QN4850 by Manufacturer Xycom as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Woodward Brand 5464337 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Worcester such as 2036M1 equipment made by Worcester have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Worcester products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Worcester" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available K7M271630 made by Yamaha as well as the popular WWE10 original spares produced by Worldwide

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PEWWE4018324TC by Worldwide and 2036M1 spares by Worcester are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
