We service and repair Z World PK22xx and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Z World PK22xx include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the PK22xx if necessary. Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Zero-Max products, including obsoleted and phased-out Zentro-elektrik-Pforzheim parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Zeiss product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Zero-Max such as the JK1CCW25 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DMTNEG427SGR56ANr90106733 manufactured by Zentro-elektrik-Pforzheim and we are pleased to be able to service most Zentro-elektrik-Pforzheim systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6084819320 by Manufacturer Zeiss as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Zebotronics Brand SM86218M46 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Zenith such as K1121 equipment made by Zenith have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ZMUX42SIGS0004 by Zolo and K1121 spares by Zenith are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
