Accu-fab Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Accu-fab 5190 and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Accu-fab 5190 include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the 5190 if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our 5190 repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK
Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Acromag products, including obsoleted and phased-out Abb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Accutrac product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Acromag such as the 981EN6012 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ACH550PCR015A4B055P902 manufactured by Abb and we are pleased to be able to service most Abb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature H6190 by Manufacturer Accutrac as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Adc Brand FMTGVM000000A72P in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Acs such as ICA8343520 equipment made by Acs have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Acs products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Acs" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 1501986 made by Aci as well as the popular AHA2940AUJA original spares produced by Adaptec
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1030016500REVN by Adept and ICA8343520 spares by Acs are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
