Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Accu-fab AFS 1290 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Acdc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Accuray-Incorporated parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Acromag-Smartpack product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Acdc such as the ETV551116 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 22301 manufactured by Accuray-Incorporated and we are pleased to be able to service most Accuray-Incorporated systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4994A by Manufacturer Acromag-Smartpack as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Accu-sort Brand 100887202 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Accu-sort-Systems such as AccuSortSystemsControlSystem equipment made by Accu-sort-Systems have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Accu-sort-Systems products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Accu-sort-Systems" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available LC8343034 made by Acs as well as the popular AM1550C original spares produced by Acu-rite

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ZPJBH842P5 by Automation-Direct and AccuSortSystemsControlSystem spares by Accu-sort-Systems are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DDM3U2320V10 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Acs-Motion-Control.
