Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Accu-fab AFS 1290 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Adept products, including obsoleted and phased-out Acme-Electric parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Acs-Motion-Control product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Adept such as the 1031042100REVC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the T113076 manufactured by Acme-Electric and we are pleased to be able to service most Acme-Electric systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MC4U00946 by Manufacturer Acs-Motion-Control as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Accuray Brand 064829003OPIEB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Acuity-Itran such as ASP300B200 equipment made by Acuity-Itran have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Acuity-Itran products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Acuity-Itran" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TSE000402 made by Acustar as well as the popular SERIES9091 original spares produced by Bray

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 412RBC by Acromag and ASP300B200 spares by Acuity-Itran are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 00009000REVB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Adept.
