Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Amk AZ-BF1-SCHALTS parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Arpac products, including obsoleted and phased-out Amston-Scales parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Applied-Motion-Industries product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Arpac such as the 10828 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ASKL2350K manufactured by Amston-Scales and we are pleased to be able to service most Amston-Scales systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C0106 by Manufacturer Applied-Motion-Industries as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Arnold-Muller-Amk Brand DS416R00 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Amk such as DT62010E00 equipment made by Amk have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Amk products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Amk" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 1TG3030D2C1XX made by Analogic as well as the popular 8210G100 original spares produced by Asco

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2126302RF by Asco and DT62010E00 spares by Amk are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TGV Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Applied-Materials.
