Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Aplex ACS-2625-13 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Asco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Smc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Asco product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Asco such as the 8210G2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AP1510S5PWAC43 manufactured by Smc and we are pleased to be able to service most Smc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature USFX8215B6017526 by Manufacturer Asco as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Arcom Brand ZLINZE01 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Applied-Motion such as HT34487D equipment made by Applied-Motion have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Applied-Motion products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Applied-Motion" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5122771040 by Arvin-Diamond and HT34487D spares by Applied-Motion are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
