Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Apv K080-00-06-11 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Asco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Asis parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Aqua-Measure product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Asco such as the 8210G56 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the K3S110H manufactured by Asis and we are pleased to be able to service most Asis systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature bsp901 by Manufacturer Aqua-Measure as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Aucom Brand EMX30220B7C1H in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Autonics such as A35KM566 equipment made by Autonics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Autonics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Autonics" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available EF8210G026T made by Asco as well as the popular SC8210G008 original spares produced by Asco

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 220L3730 by Automata and A35KM566 spares by Autonics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 8290B005S024 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Asco.
