Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Bag SAL118L40/5/RA/BS-/TS/FT/NK/CP-AA parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bailey parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Abb product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the GCF4X01AAGR0222A002 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6617818A1 manufactured by Bailey and we are pleased to be able to service most Bailey systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ID15H403E by Manufacturer Abb as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Bailey Brand 6632100A1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Balance such as PCID03770024M equipment made by Balance have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Balance products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Balance" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 6621675A1 made by Bailey as well as the popular JL1303A original spares produced by Baldor

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6636361A1 by Bailey and PCID03770024M spares by Balance are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 805358055001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baker-Instruments.
