Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Banner MSA-S42-1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nachi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mts parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Mutual-System product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nachi such as the BUXL111 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MPA50460 manufactured by Mts and we are pleased to be able to service most Mts systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature West2077 by Manufacturer Mutual-System as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Mycom Brand PS44501B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Murata such as EK820031A equipment made by Murata have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Murata products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Murata" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PC101PC101 made by Murata as well as the popular RIX4410 original spares produced by Nachi

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the L8800f by Daihen and EK820031A spares by Murata are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RTP15130 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nachi.
