Bimba Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Bimba UBM and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Bimba UBM include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the UBM if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our UBM repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bonitron such as the M3500DB4H06B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LMCA5322NAZ manufactured by Brandless and we are pleased to be able to service most Brandless systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SK909814 by Manufacturer Bruce-Technology as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Bosch Brand ECH7MG in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Bosch-Rexroth such as R182133110 equipment made by Bosch-Rexroth have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bosch-Rexroth products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bosch-Rexroth" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 0217469060 by Bison and R182133110 spares by Bosch-Rexroth are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
