Winter 2024 & 2025 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at YORK

Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Bindicator LPII-AG-SC211 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Canfield-Connector products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cognex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2025 Btm product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Canfield-Connector such as the 810000304 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6201002REVB manufactured by Cognex and we are pleased to be able to service most Cognex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PC1500SO90OCLL7 by Manufacturer Btm as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 York has Cutler-Hammer Brand 1550B6517 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Boonton such as 56318 equipment made by Boonton have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Boonton products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Boonton" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 136020 made by Burns as well as the popular E51PLF3P5 original spares produced by Cutler-Hammer

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CR5310600 by Cr-Magnetics and 56318 spares by Boonton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 82803581RF1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cognex.
